• Tabari Trust Group (TTG) is a strategic alliance of engineering, industrial and commercial enterprises, in addition to individuals with distinguished national and international consultancy experiences from African, American, and Canadian countries.
• Our group was basically formed through bilateral and multiple partnerships between parties who came together in secondary school in the eighties at Al-Tabari School in Cairo and their friendship continued during their studies at Ain Shams University.
This led to the desire to expand by including new members outside the founding family to include entities from many countries, to become an alliance of multi-experienced nationalities, through recommendations and majority approval of the alliance founders, as the prevailing characteristic- A trustworthy experienced person - remains the main condition for joining.
• The name of the alliance is Tabari, which is the name of the secondary school of the first founders, named after an ancient Persian scholar - Imam Abu Jaafar al-Tabari - who was gifted with instincts, had supernatural intelligence, and a fervent mind, and then was the ideal for the wise scholars and also for us as our role model.
• The diverse experiences produce various projects, from architectural projects, whether residential, industrial, educational, and urban planning projects, to infrastructure projects from water treatment plants, solid waste recycling, power plants, renewable energy, and water projects, implementing deep pile foundations, road, irrigation projects, to industrial innovation projects, industrial development , web development, and digitalization.
• Contributions to these projects varies, from feasibility studies, grant proposals , preliminary designs, detailed designs, licensure, accreditation, and implementation – Design & Build - to operating ,training and capacity building.
• Project management is a specialized branch that we have the capacity to ensure applying the appropriate management methods to each project with a huge experience in claims, engineering disputes, and technical arbitrations.
• The alliance has adopted the Participatory Approach, a methodology that is based on involving the participation of all stakeholders in all stages of the project, which has a positive impact on the results. All people feel ownership of the project, and thus take responsibility for it. Furthermore, if all concerned partners are included, all resources can be fully utilized. Local knowledge plays a key role in implementing successful projects that use resources efficiently, and ensure the efficiency of its operating process through the communities.
• Tabari Trust Group (TTG) also adopted the Design Thinking Methodology,Design Thinking originally emerged as a way to teach engineers how to approach problems creatively, as designers do. The ideology behind Design Thinking states that in order to come up with innovative solutions, one must adopt the mindset of the designer and approach the problem from the user's perspective, Design Thinking It is a human-centered approach to innovation - grounded in understanding customer needs, rapid prototyping, and generating creative ideas.
• Tabari Trust Group (TTG) , besides the Community Participatory Approach and the Design Thinking Methodology, applies also Value Engineering which is the organized effort directed at analyzing designed building features, systems, equipment, and material selections for the purpose of achieving essential functions at the lowest life cycle cost and have a great return on investment, consistent with required performance, quality, reliability, and safety .
